Spring is upon us and so too are the allergens which cause hay fever and other allergies. If you suffer from allergies, take a look at this website for up-to-date information on everything "ALLERGIC"

If you are a Hay fever sufferer, there are lots of new medications to help you deal with allergy symptoms, without feeling "drowsy". Ask for advice from one of the Health Centre Dcotors if allergy symptoms are causing you problems.

Allergies and Exczema often go hand in hand. Eczema Awareness Week, which occurs in during this month, is a nationally recognised week which aims to rasie awareness of eczema in our community.

Eczema and its impact on the individuals who suffer from it can debilitating, socially isolating and and stressful, especially if the "triggers" associated with Spring cause "flare-ups" in an individual's eczema.
