May

As the day light hours continue to become shorter, don’t let your physical exercise also decrease.  Being active has many benefits....

  • Why not set yourself a goal and register for the Mother’s Day Classic Fun Run and Walk  on May 8th 2011?  It’s a great way to celebrate Mother’s Day, raise funds for breast cancer research and get some exercise.

Relationships ....

People in supportive, loving relationships are more likely to be more satisfied with their lives and less likely to have mental or physical health problems. Supportive partners share the good times and help each other through the tough ones.

That being said, all relationships experience difficulties of one type or another. At times, between any two people there will be differences in beliefs, feelings, ideas and expectations.

One difference between relationships that work and those that don't, is how well we deal with the challenges and problems that relationships bring.
