University staff that wish to travel or attend conferences are required to submit a properly authorised travel form in order to claim for anticipated expenses. Forms should be lodged no later than two weeks prior to the travel date, or earlier if prepayments for conferences etc. are required. All travel must be booked through the University’s preferred travel provider, Voyager Travel Corporation. This site provides access to information on the University’s travel policies and procedures.
