Finance Systems are available for use by University Staff where it is needed in order to fulfil the responsibilities of their role.

The following list outlines the Finance systems available at the University:

Finance One is the University finance system that is used to record all financial and management accounting transactions.

Calumo is the Finance budgeting, forecasting, analysis and reporting tool - designed to produce financial reports and enable University staff to provide input to monthly reporting, annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.

iCMS is the University expense management system that allows staff to claim for monies spent on behalf of the University.

Travel systems:

Trobexis - travel approval system.

International SOS - travel management service for travel, security, and medical assistance.
