Lost Receipts

When claiming expenses, all receipts must be presented to Finance to validate the claim.

If circumstances arise where a receipt has been lost then a lost receipts form must be completed and accompanied with the claim.

What is a valid receipt/invoice?

Please note that a credit card receipt is not a valid tax invoice. A valid receipt or tax invoice will state "Tax Invoice", states any GST included and should include an ABN number and business name.

The following example illustrate these points.
