Research and Professional Interests
Judith’s interests lie in sports physiology with projects that include: changes in haemoglobin mass with exercise, game analysis in Rugby 7s, functionality in the elderly and falls risk, transitions in triathlon, movement discrimination and power use in cross-country skiing. Interprofessional training of health practitioners is another focus. Judith works closely with colleagues at the AIS and UCNISS and is keen to progress research in these areas.
Teaching Interests
At the moment Judith convenes, lectures and tutors in Pathobiology and Human Physiology and the Lifecycle. She has always enjoyed teaching in these areas and her passion for communicating these subjects to her students is evident in her student feedback scores.
