The Education Institute is a centre for excellence in education and training in the University of Canberra's Faculty of Education. The Institute undertakes research and evaluation for external clients in the government and community sectors, providing evidence and analysis that guides and informs the work of professionals at all levels of the education system. Our researchers have a broad range of expertise in the field of education policy, teacher education and educational leadership and a strong track record in delivering research and evaluation services. We draw on a range of investigative techniques and develop methodologies in consultation with our clients. The Institute is committed to developing opportunities for high quality professional learning through its short course program. We assist educational leaders to improve the quality of teaching, achieve better outcomes for learners and enhance job satisfaction and career development in the education workforce. |  |
