Thesis Title:  Australian Snowsports resorts… are management listening to their customers? An exploratory importance-performance study into Australian Snowsports participants in Australia. Are importance and performance of resort attributes influenced by Experience Use History and do these attributes influence the intention to revisit the resort?

Short Bio:

Experienced senior executive, with international experience in Canada, Europe, South Korea and Japan. Currently in a consulting position to State and Regional Tourism bodies as well as a number of private companies. Part owner Japanese Lodging business in Hakuba, Japan and adviser to Australian Ski Patrol organisations, Surfing NSW, Snow NSW and Snow Australia.

Experienced in Regional and Resort marketing, development and operations; business strategy, brand development and leadership and staff development.

Previously General manager at Perisher Ski Resort.
