Abstract
The current Indonesian tax reform, unlike in the past, has infused good governance practices into the reform initiatives. Good governance is “the spirit of this modernisation” and the implementation of good governance becomes one of the most important elements. The research is to study and explore HRM and human resource (HR) practices in the application of good governance in the Indonesian current tax reform.
Potential Implication for Policy Reform or Management Practices:
Provide insights to analyse and improve government policy on reform.
