Enrolment in Units
Please use MyUC (the on-line student information system) to enrol in units. You may use MyUC for both the mainstream and Saturday delivery modes. Students enrolling in the Saturday delivery mode must add the class code INT F2F to the unit code. Students enrolling in the mainstream mode must add the class code STD F2F to the unit code. For example, the unit code for Organisational Behaviour G is 6264. Students enrolling in the Saturday mode would therefore enrol in 6264 INT F2F, while students enrolling in the mainstream mode would enrol in 6264 STD F2F. All unit codes are shown at Unit Descriptions on the left navigation bar. Unit and class codes for the current semester are available at Timetables, Textbooks and Orientation on the left navigation bar.
To enrol on-line through MyUC visit the following links:
Withdrawal from Units and Leave of Absence
To withdraw from units you must do so using the required form available from the link below (click on "forms" in the side menu). It is not sufficient to tell your lecturer. To withdraw without academic or financial penalty you should do so by the census date (March 4, 2011 and September 9, 2011).
If you plan not to enrol in any units for one or two semesters you must complete a Leave of Absence form in order to retain your student status. Without a Leave of Absence you are likely to lose your student status and therefore would have to reapply for admission to the Program. The Leave of Absence (intermission) form can be obtained from the URL below (use the side menu bar "forms").
