Course Fees (2011)

Domestic Students

The Program is full-fee paying, with fees payable in advance semester-by-semester. The fee for 2011 is $1,972.50 per unit.  Fees include tuition and all printed study materials. Textbooks must be paid for separately and are available from the bookshop

Whilst in any semester you need only pay for the unit /s you are enrolled in for that particular semester, total fees for individual courses are as follows:

Fees for Semester 1,2011 are due by 11th February,2011(Friday of Week 1).

Fees for Semester 2, 2011 are due by 19th August, 2011(Friday of Week 1).

To avoid paying fees on units you have withdrawn from, you must finalise all paperwork (ie Unit Withdrawal Form, Leave of Absence Form etc) by the Census Date. The Semester 1, 2011 Census Date is 4th March(Friday of Week 4); the semster 2, 2011 census date is 9th September(Friday of Week 4). If you withdraw from a unit after the Census Date you will still be liable for fees except in exceptional circumstances.

FEE-HELP (Previously called Postgraduate Education Loans Scheme or PELS)

FEE-HELP provides an interest free, income contingent loan facility for eligible students enrolled in fee-paying postgraduate non-research programs. FEE-HELP is for tuition fees only; it will not cover Student Union fees. To participate in the scheme, you must provide a Tax File Number (TFN), or a certificate of Application for a TFN, to the University. Australian citizens and holders of permanent humanitarian visas are generally entitled to apply for FEE-HELP assistance.

FEE-HELP applications must be received by March 4, 2011 for Semester 1 and September 9, 2011 for Semester 2. If you withdraw from the subjects after the census date, you are legally required to repay your FEE-HELP debt.

International Students

The Program is full-fee paying, with fees payable in advance semester-by-semester.

The total course fee for international students for the MBA and MIB is $A33,675. The 2011 fee is $A2,806.25 per unit (12 unit program).

The total course fee for international students for the GDBA and the GDIB is $A22,450.
