ABOUT THE COURSE
The Bachelor of Human Resource Management provides a strong core of professional skills for students seeking a career in Human Resource Management in a diverse range of environments.
Students may complete an optional internship unit in the final year of study and most students also have the option to complete a semester of study at an international partner institution through the study abroad program. This program provides a strong degree of flexibility through the ability to choose an optional open major from more than 50 fields across all 7 faculties of the university.
LENGTH OF STUDY
The Bachelor of Human Resource Management is typically studied over 3 years full time (or an equivalent period part time). Students commencing in Semester 1 have the option of completing a 2.5 year accelerated program through study in the optional winter term.
DOUBLE DEGREE OPTIONS
The Bachelor of Human Resource Management can be combined with the Undergraduate Diploma in Languages (Chinese, Japanese or Spanish) in a 4 year program.
The university also offers a wide range of double degrees combining the similar Bachelor of Commerce (majoring in Human Resource Management) with a number of other courses.
