Dr Nicolette Bramley

Bio: Dr Bramley has a Masters in Japanese linguistics from Osaka University and a PhD in linguistics in conversation analysis from the ANU. She has taught extensively in and has a passion for teaching the Japanese language. In particular she loves introducing students to the delights of the world of Japanese and has received consistently outstanding positive feedback from her students for her fun, interactive teaching. Bio: Felicia possesses a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Queensland; a Graduate Diploma in Education from University of Melbourne; a Master of Arts degree in Applied Linguistics from the University of Melbourne, and a PhD in Education from the University of Canberra. She also holds a Teaching English as a Foreign Language Certificate (TEFLA) from the Royal Society of Arts, United Kingdom. Read more

Dr Laura Tolton

Bio: Dr Laura Tolton has a PhD in Spanish linguistics and discourse analysis from the University of Queensland. She received her Masters in Spanish Linguistics from Instituto Caro y Curervo in Colombia and her undergraduate degree in Spanish, Hispanic studies and women's studies is from St Olaf College in the United States. Dr Naikan Tao

Bio: Naikan Tao obtained his MA from Nanjing University, and his PhD from the University of Sydney. He has experience of teaching courses in Chinese language, Chinese literature and culture and translation at UNSW, Macquarie University and the University of Sydney before he joined the University of Canberra. He enjoys the natural scenery of UC campus, loves his students, domestic and overseas, and now does his bit to the UC education and research. Read more
