Space, Place and Object Cluster
Space, Place and Object (SPO) is an inclusive and creative research cluster based on a shared interest in the perception, experience, creation and interpretation of the worlds we create. The diverse meanings that are associated with spaces and objects represent a rich field of inquiry, whether those spaces and objects are imagined, virtual or physical. How are designed spaces, objects and representations created, what values do they manifest, how are they engaged with, and how do they change over time? The SPO research cluster engages in this inquiry through a range of conventional and practice-based research methods.
