The University has or can arrange vehicles for official University use. The existing fleet comprises 2 sedans, 2 station wagons and 2 x 12 seat buses. All are able to be driven on a current car licence. Bookings are through a computerised booking system that requires identification of the driver. New members of staff and authorised students can be familiarised into the system and obtain their booking number by contacting the Carpool on extension 5088.

Please Note: all vehicles are charged for against the cost centre provided at the time of booking or the cost centre of the department the staff member, or student, belongs. It is the responsibility of the staff member, or student to have the authority of their department to incur the cost of using a vehicle whether from the UC fleet or hired on their behalf.

The Carpool is located in the Building 16 (Maintenance) Complex.  Opening hours are between 8.00 am and 4.00pm Monday to Friday.
