The University of Canberra Facilities and Services Store provides a number of services to the University including the relocation of furniture and equipment within the UC campus. In a continuing effort to provide an improved level of service to the University community and to reduce Occupational Health and Safety risk, a new process for arranging for furniture relocations has been implemented. Below are 5 links to files which will need to be completed for successful furniture relocation. Please take the time to print the documents and read them carefully. They are available in three formats:
NotesDocuments (1) “Procedures for Moving Furniture and Equipment” and (2) “Instructions for a Successful Relocation (Move)” are the UC procedures and instructions. Please ensure you read and agree with the terms within. Documents (3) Furniture Moving Request form, (4) Furniture Details Form and (5) Request for packing boxes need to be filled in. Fill in each of these forms with as much detail as possible and have it signed by an appropriately authorised person. Fax documents (3), (4) & (5) to 6201 5748.
