Notes: I co-founded and co-edit the journal "Democratic Theory" (Berghahn, Oxford/New York) with Associate Professor Mark Chou. I established, and now co-edit (also with A/Prof Chou), the Palgrave Macmillan books series on "The Theories, Concepts and Practices of Democracy". In 2013, my book Evolutionary Basic Democracy, was nominated for the Stein Rokkan Prize.
