An Academic Transcript is a statement detailing a students entire academic history at the University of Canberra. It includes grades for each unit undertaken; the date of completion of any course of study and conferral dates as well as any prizes awarded the student. Each student will receive an Academic Transcript, free of charge, at their graduation ceremony.
How to get an Academic Transcript
Current and past students can now access the NAB online secure payment portal to request an Academic Transcript.
The pay online portal accepts payments via Visa or MasterCard.
Students can request and collect an Academic Transcript on the spot at the student centre with vaild photo identification (student card, passport, drivers license etc.). Payment can be made electronically using the online form in the Student Centre.
How much does it cost?
An Academic Transcript costs $15.00 for the first transcript ordered and $5.00 for each additional transcript ordered at the same time. To have it faxed or posted within Australia and overseas will be $5.00.

Can I request an electronic copy?
No. The University of Canberra only sends out transcripts via post or faxed (faxed only to Educational Institutions).
How long will it take?
