An academic transcript is a certified record of your enrolment history at the University of Canberra, including results received, courses attempted, and awards conferred. Each student will receive an Academic Transcript, free of charge, at their graduation ceremony, outside of the graduation ceremony rounds transcripts may be purchased.
How to get an Academic Transcript
Current and past students can now access the NAB online secure payment portal to request an Academic Transcript.

The pay online portal accepts payments via Visa or MasterCard.
Students can request and collect an Academic Transcript on the spot at the student centre with vaild photo identification (student card, passport, drivers license etc.). Payment can be made electronically using the online form in the Student Centre.

Can I request an electronic copy?
Yes. All University of Canberra will automatically send a free electronic transcript for all new UC Graduands. To purchase a digital transcript outside of graduation is $15.00.
How long will it take?
Each request received via fax, post or online will generally be processed within 3-4 business days. It may take longer during particularly busy periods or if a request form is not clearly completed. The University of Canberra takes no responsibility for postal delivery times and delays.
