Introduction: The International Studies Major will allow students to gain an understanding and appreciation of cultural diversity; the cultural and political forces that influence communication and cooperation or conflict between cultures and nations; theories relating to the study of culture, politics, international relations and communication in the context of globalisation; and an increased ability to communicate across cultures.
Prerequisite and/or Corequisite: The International Studies Major has no pre- or corequisites. However, students should check the pre-requisites or corequisites of each unit before enrolling.
