Justice Studies considers how a just society functions and what it might take to create one. It reviews the Australian criminal justice system in terms of rights and protections, rules and conventions. In this degree, you will study and research various disciplines such as law, management and social sciences, which will give you the intellectual tools to deal with important matters of public policy.

You will also answer big questions such as: what is justice? how does the legal system achieve justice? and what ethical and legal rules are appropriate for governments and corporations?
