This course equips students with extensive experience in designing and developing information technology. It explores a range of information technology systems and programming environments that solve problems and address the needs of modern organisations.

The course provides graduates with opportunities to develop careers in such fields as IT security, systems design, website development and more.

In their final year, students participate in a significant project involving the design and development of an IT system for an external client.

Gain teamwork, project management and communication skills.

An honours year is an option for outstanding students.

Face-to-face: Face-to-face teaching with lecturers, tutorials etc, supported by material on Moodle, our online teaching system.

STD-F2FO: Face-to-face teaching with lecturers, tutorials etc, and online teaching.
