A two year course for university graduates considering a career in early childhood teaching.
This course is designed for students interested in working as a teacher in pre-school and primary school settings. It provides students with a sound theoretical base for teaching along with opportunities to develop a repertoire of practical skills.
The course is carefully structured with a balance between theory and practice in teaching. Students engage in a series of education and curriculum study units clustered with appropriate professional experiences. This practical experience spans different levels and organisational modes of the preschool and primary education setting (K-6) focussing on the 3-8 year range.
