The following courses require additional information or supplementary application forms. All supplementary application forms can be found onthe Student Forms page.

Undergraduate Courses:

• Bachelor Degrees with Honours  (excluding Psychology) - All honours courses (excluding Psychology) require an honours proposal. Please use the supplementary application form.
• Bachelor of Midwifery Application Form  - All applicants for this course must complete the supplementary application form. In addition, applicants must supply an up to date CV.

Postgraduate Courses:

Health

Master of Clinical Psychology - All applicants must provide a minimum of two referee reports, including both academic and profressional experience.

Master of Nutrition and Dietetics - All applicants must provide a minimum of two referee reports, including both academic and profressional experience.

Postgraduate courses in Nursing and Midwifery require additional employment information. These include, but are not limited to:

• Graduate Certificate, Graduate Diploma or Master in Critical Care Nursing
• Graduate Certificate, Graduate Diploma or Master in Mental Health Nursing
• Postgraduate Diploma or Master in Midwifery

Writing

Applicants applying for writing courses at the University of Canberra must submit a creative writing portfolio. These include, but are not limited to:

• Graduate Diploma in Professional Writing
• Master of Creative Writing

Design

Applicants applying for design courses may be required to submit a portfolio of their work. These include, but are not limited to:

• Master of Digital Design
• Master of Architecture

All supplementary applications and supporting documents should be sent to applications@canberra.edu.au or mailed to Admissions Office, University of Canberra, ACT 2601.

DO NOT SEND YOUR DOCUMENTS DIRECTLY TO THE CONVENER OR FACULTY AS YOUR DOCUMENTS MAY NOT BE RECEIVED BY THE ADMISSIONS OFFICE.

UAC Applications

All supplementary applications and supporting documents should be uploaded with your application, or if it is a referee report, they may send it directly to applications@canberra.edu.au.

PLEASE CLEARLY IDENTIFY YOUR UAC ID NUMBER SO ANY DOCUMENTS CAN BE ATTACHED TO YOUR APPLICATION.
