This Postgraduate Diploma is
- a complete course in itself
- a course which will give you credits towards a Master of Midwifery degree.
This course aims to foster the development of knowledge, understanding and skills needed to assist women, their babies and their families in the childbearing process. It facilitates the student's progressive development towards eligibility to register as a midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of the ACT.

INT-F2F: Face-to-face teaching in intensive mode (check with unit convener for time of lectures, tutorials etc.)
INT-F2FO: Face-to-face teaching in intensive mode with online teaching
ONL: Online delivery only (no face-to-face teaching)
Face-to-face: Face-to-face teaching with lecturers, tutorials etc, supported by material on Moodle, our online teaching system.
STD-F2FO: Face-to-face teaching with lecturers, tutorials etc, and online teaching.
