The Master of Clinical Psychology develops the theoretical and practical skills essential to the professional practice of clinical psychology. Students acquire the skills required to work as a clinical psychologist through a combination of coursework theory, clinical placements and research project. It provides both the fifth and sixth years of training required for Membership of the Australian Psychological Society and for Associate Membership of the APS College of Clinical Psychologists, and the two years of supervised practice required for full registration as a psychologist.
