will work with key users in the university to ensure that new processes
are efficient in the new system.

Technical Team
Technical Team Leader
The Technical Team Leader role will have a general overseeing responsibility
for the technical activities performed by the team. This includes both
server and infrastructure set-up as well as application development. The
other important aspect of this role is to liaise with the university IT
departments and the Computer Centre.

Application Development Team
The Application Development team is responsible for any technical development
work required for the implementation of Callista. The specific areas that
this may involve include the following:
- Data conversion
- Interfaces development
- Web integration (to existing portals)
- Reports development
- Workflow development
- Possible enhancements

The Database Administrator is responsible for the establishment of the
application infrastructure required to operate the Callista application.

- Server administration
- Database management
- Application software management, including patches and bug fixes
- Change control between database instances
- Client software installation
