For October 2008 the program will take 14 weeks and includes 12 weeks of classes, a 1 week mid term break and 1 week for examinations. In February and July 2009 the program will take 15 weeks and includes 13 weeks of teaching. The examination period will extend for 2.5 weeks. The duration of the course depends on the units being studied. The actual days and times for lectures and tutorials for UC-START will depend on the individual units studied, but could be any time from 8.30am to 8.30pm, Monday to Friday. When will UC-Start be available?The next UC-START program will commence with compulsory orientation on 14 October 2008 (Limited degrees available). Lectures will start in the week beginning 20 October 2008. This program will allow entry into the University of Canberra in February 2009. In 2009 UC-START will be available in February, July and October. The February program commences on 13 February and concludes 26th June. Successful students can commence their degrees on 20 July.
