How to Apply

To apply for UC START 2012 commencement,

You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader version 4 or later, or the equivalent plug-in on your browser. Please could you

  1. print it out and complete all sections where required
  2. sign and date it by hand and 
  3. send it to UCC together with certified documentation as requested on the form.

Please submit certified copies of all important documents such as your birth certificate, passport and academic transcripts.

A certified copy is a copy that is witnessed and signed to be a true copy of the original by an authorised person such as a Justice of the Peace. Please see the full list of who can certify your documents.

Alternatively, you can bring your original documents with your application to the UC College reception in 11B27 to be certified by a Student Services Officer there.

(You may need to download the latest application of the Acrobat Reader from the Adobe website. Go to http://www.adobe.com.au and click on the Download Acrobat Reader icon on the Adobe home page.)
