Apply for 2012 UC PREP course

Please print and fill in the application form for UC-PREP 2012 available here...   i. print out the form,

   ii. fill it in by hand, sign it and date it and

   iii. send it to UCC together with certified documentation as requested on the form.

Please submit certified copies of all important documents such as your birth certificate, passport and academic transcripts.

A certified copy is a copy that is witnessed and signed to be a true copy of the original by an authorised person such as a Justice of the Peace. Please see the full list of who can certify your documents.

Alternatively, you can bring your original documents with your application to the UC College reception in 11B27 to be certified by a Student Services Officer there.
