How to Apply
Our Application Form is available as a PDF file, for which you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader version 4 or later, or the equivalent plug-in on your browser. Please
- print it out and complete all sections where required,
- sign and date it by hand and
- send it to UCC together with certified documentation as requested on the form.
(You may need to download the latest application of the Acrobat Reader from the Adobe website. Go to http://www.adobe.com.au and click on the Download Acrobat Reader icon on the Adobe home page.)
