Extract a list of University staff by building number, matching entries recorded in the current staff directory. The information retrieved will be formatted such that it is suitable for loading into Microsoft Word as a mail-merge data source.
Simply save the returned information for direct use as a Microsoft Word mail-merge data source (Office 97 or higher recommended). It can also be loaded into a spread-sheet such as Excel.
