Our people are our strength. NATSEM employs around 20 researchers with a range of experience in the public and private sectors, research and consulting in Australia and internationally.
NATSEM has a group of associates who are leading researchers with expertise in microdata analysis and microsimulation modelling from the University of Canberra and other academic institutions in Australia and overseas.
NATSEM is also part of a number of formal collaborative research networks funded by the Australian Government with membership drawn from across Australia’s leading academic institutions. These links gives us access to a wide range of expertise to supplement the skills of our researchers.
We are also mentoring a strong group of postgraduate students, either contributing directly to research projects funded through grants or taking microsimulation modelling, microdata methods or applications into new territory.
