2009 JET Program Information Session

Monday, 20 October 2008

The Japan Exchange and Teaching (JET) Program started in 1987 and gives young Australian university graduates the opportunity to stay in Japan for at least one year.  Successful applicants are engaged in either language instruction in primary or senior high schools, or are placed in prefectural or municipal government offices to assist with international activities.

An Information Session will be held at 6.00pm - 7.30pm on Monday, 20 October 2008 in the Baldessin Precinct Building, Room #W1.21 at the Australian National University.  Please contact the Japanese Embassy on email jet@japan.org.au or by phone 02 6273 2679.

CPA Australia Internship Program 2008

The CPA Australia Internship Program provides an opportunity for students to gain practical experience, and for employers to gain access to the best university students throughout Australia, China, Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia.

CPA Australia Ethics Competition

University students have the chance to win $3000 in this year's annual CPA Australia Ethics Competition by sharing their views on ethical issues facing the financial, accounting and business professions in a five minute video or a 2000 word essay.
