Targeted mail and email service
If you wish to send information to students studying a specific course, then our targeted mail-out and email service can assist.

The Careers Service team will endeavour to identify particular groups of students that your information can be sent directly to however this service is restricted by our database.  Please note, only information specific to our graduate or vacation programs will be sent.

Due to Privacy issues it is a requirement that a disclaimer is placed at the bottom of your document.  Please include the following wording:

“This information has been set to you on our behalf by the University of Canberra Careers Service without the disclosure of your name and address details. The provision of this information does not constitute an endorsement by the University of the merits of the organisation providing the information. The University is passing on the information which the Careers Service feels may assist you in your job search. You should make your own enquires to confirm any of the information provided.”

We require five working days to complete the mail-out once the numbers are finalised and materials have been delivered to our office.

For our email service we can only accept plain text format with no attachments, PDF's, logo's etc. The maximum length for an email is half an A4 page with our disclaimer included.

Fees Charged:
* Mail out – A4 envelope
$3.00 (+GST) per letter sent (up to 3 A4 pages) plus $50.00 (+GST) administration fee

* Mail-out – DL envelope
$2.00 (+GST) per letter sent (up to 3 A4 pages, folded) plus $50.00 (+GST) administration fee

* Email out
$1.00 (+GST) per email sent (half an A4 page of text only) plus $50.00 (+GST) administration fee.
