The University of Canberra campus is undergoing a process of renewal, with new buildings under construction and many existing buildings being improved and revamped. This website will keep you up-to-date with what's going on.

January 2012:
Work begins on the new Teaching Laboratories Building December 2011:
Work begins on the new space for the UC Students Association, three new Bike Shelters and the regeneration of the campus ovals.
November 2011:
Work begins on the Fire Ring Main around Building 1 and on campus-wide Parking Improvements
October 2011:
Works begins on the upgrade to showers in Building 1.
September 2011:
Work begins on Student Central, the Pub, the new Co-op Bookshop, a new space for Faculty of Arts and Design HDR students, and the re-fit of Building 10.
August 2011:
Work begins on the new location for the Office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor Education.
July 2011:
New internal and external signage is installed across campus. Read more

Work underway on the Scrivener Building.
May 2011:
Work begins on Building 5 Level to create new state-of-the-art classrooms, extra communal spaces, and new facilities for the Academic Skills Centre, Teacher Education Program and the UC English Language Institute. Read more
February 2011:
A new car park opens behind Building 24, adjacent to College Street. This reflects increases in activity in that area, with the opening of building 24 and UC College operations on the southern side of the campus. There are 78 car spaces, including one for people with disabilities, and four motorcycle spaces.
