Congratulations on your successful application, and we are very pleased to welcome you to be an AusAID student at the University of Canberra.

While you are studying here, you are managed and assisted by the AusAID Liaison Officer-ALO (ausaid@canberra.edu.au). The AusAID Liaison Officer acts as an intermediary between the students and UC, and between UC and AusAID. The common goal is to ensure the successful completion of your academic program within the time specified in your placement offer, as well as the fulfilment of AusAID reporting and monitoring requirements. You will be introduced to ALO and other staff on your arrival in the Introductory Academic Program (IAP) orientation.

With the hope to assist you with your questions, we have prepared the following pages of information for you. We hope the information provided clarifies all your queries. You will receive a hardcopy of this information on your arrival and many of these topics will be covered in your IAP Orientation.
