The UC Alumni Network hosted the opening of 'Cream' the 2010 Best of the Best Design Exhibition at the Gallery of Australian Design (GAD) on Friday 3 December 2010 .

Cream showcases the top student projects for 2010 across the disciplines of architecture, graphic design, industrial design and landscape architecture. Other designs on show include calorie-controlled tableware, an innovative electric drill and a tram station for Gungahlin.

At the event the inaugural ‘Michael Bryce Award for Design Excellence' was presented to Marco Chan for his project 'Origin,' a solar and pedal powered concept vehicle.

The exhibition runs from 3 December 2010 to 29 January 2011 at the GAD.

The Gallery is open 10am-4pm Wednesday to Saturday.
