UC ACCESSABILITY SCHOLARSHIPS

We are pleased to let you know that 6 new undergraduate scholarships are available to students registered with UC AccessAbility.

A quick summary below:

UC AccessAbility Scholarship for Second Year Academic Excellence

There will be three scholarships available valued at $1000.00 each for students in their second year of their degree only. The purpose of these scholarships is to recognise successful commitment and academic achievement for students with a disability and/ or chronic health condition enrolled at the University of Canberra.

Closing date: Census Date Semester One (end of week 4)

UC AccessAbility Scholarship for Third Year Academic Excellence

There will be three scholarships available valued at $1000.00 each for students in their third year of their degree only. The purpose of these scholarships is to recognise successful commitment and academic achievement for students with a disability and/ or chronic health condition enrolled at the University of Canberra.

Student Central- Access Notice

The University’s new Student Central is now open. Student Central brings together under one roof the Student Centre, the International Student Support Service, AusAID student support, the Careers Service (including a Careers Lounge) and the Student Equity and Access Office. UCAccessAbility will be moving to Student Central in late April. The Health and Counselling Centre is already within the Student Central precinct. Over the next few months, student lounges will also open within Student Central.

Due to continuing building works in the area access will not be available from the concourse until late April. Access will also be limited from the concourse to health and counselling. For access details, please go to: http://www.canberra.edu.au/bettercampus/student-central
