15 January 2015: The team doctor who kept Germany in peak condition to win the 2014 FIFA World Cup, Dr Tim Meyer, delivered a lecture at the University of Canberra on 2 December 2014.
In his lecture, hosted by the University of Canberra Research Institute for Sport and Exercise (UCRISE), Dr Meyer shared the preparation journey the German team went through to win the latest World Cup in the tropical heat of Brazil and also to play at altitude in the 2010 World Cup in South Africa.
