University of Canberra celebrates students' successes

18 March 2019. The University of Canberra will be celebrating the graduations of almost 2,200 members of the UC community as they transition from students to alumni over the coming days.

Starting tomorrow, eight graduation ceremonies will be held at the Australian Institute of Sport where students will celebrate completing their degrees across five faculties.

“Our students are the heart and soul of UC and it is fitting that we honour their successes and achievements at the end of their studies and wish them well as they move on to make what we believe will be an impressive mark in the working world,” Vice-Chancellor and President Professor Deep Saini said.

“A graduation ceremony marks the end of one chapter and the beginning of another. It is an opportunity to reflect on a time of personal growth and learning that forms the foundation of a rewarding as well as impactful career.”
