Biography

Kylie is a dedicated and highly skilled professional with a passion for supporting research endeavours and fostering the academic development of HDR candidates. With 12 years’ experience of working at the University of Canberra she has gained valuable insights into the intricacies of research processes and the unique challenges faced by HDR candidates. In the role of Research Manager Kylie has demonstrated a commitment to facilitating cutting edge research. She has collaborated with diverse research teams, providing crucial assistance in proposal development and project management. Her meticulous attention to detail and proficiency in PURE and Finance 1 systems have contributed to the success of numerous research initiatives.

Kylie is a seasoned professional with a wealth of experience in operations management within the academic sector. As the Operations Manager at the Faculty of Education,  University of Canberra she plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless functioning of various administrative and logistical aspects that contribute to the overall efficiency of the university. As a forward-thinking Operations Manager, Kylie actively engages in strategic planning to anticipate and address future operational needs.
