There are many ways you can support students and research at the University of Canberra.
Tax deductible donations start from as little as $2. No gift is too small, and 100 per cent of your gift will go to your area of choice.
Your gift will drive positive outcomes, and benefits of which will filter through to the wider community you care about.
It is a chance to support what you value most and to make a tangible, positive impact on the future.
Online
You can give online via the online donation form.
When giving online you may choose a specific area to support or you can choose to give to the UC Foundation, where your gift will be directed to the area of most need at the time.
Or perhaps a regular donation would suit you better than a one-off? You can opt to donate every week, fortnight, month or annually. You can pause or cancel at any time.
To make a regular gift, select the appropriate box in the online payment portal.

Bequest
Giving via a bequest is sometimes referred to as legacy giving, planned giving or leaving a charitable donation through your will .
Giving a bequest is very personal and we can work with you to ensure we understand what you wish to achieve and can guide you through the ways to make that possible.

Endowment fund
An endowment is a sum of money given to the University to invest. The original amount is never spent - it is invested by the University and grows over time. The income generated by the investment is then used in a way agreed by you.
You may choose to give to the general UC Endowment Fund and the University will direct funds where they are most needed. Or you may prefer to support a particular area that you choose.

In memorial
Memorial or celebration gifts can also be referred to as named gifts. They allow you to make a gift in your name or as a way to memorialise or celebrate someone special or inspiring to you.
Our team will work with you to tailor a solution that reflects what is unique about the person being celebrated and/or memorialized.

Gifts in-kind
Gifts in-kind and cultural gifts may include property, artwork and books. We accept these in accordance with our policies and donations can be made through the Australian Government Cultural Gifts Program.
Staff Giving Program
UC staff can make regular donations via the Staff Giving Program. Complete the Pre-Tax Donation e-Form within the Staff Portal (login only).
Give your time
UC has an active network of volunteers who give their time by helping at events, mentoring, and contributing in many other ways.
